What inspired your wellness journey? And how did you get to where you are?
My wellness journey was inspired by a huge loss in my life. I had been working on Broadway for 16 years and had been married for 7 years. At the same time my Broadway show closed, so I was out of work, and my husband and I decided to get a divorce. I felt completely lost. I had the urge to take control of my life so I started my business.
Do you have a routine when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed?
My morning routine is pretty simple. Wake up, make coffee and play with my son! I go to sleep thinking about my morning cup of joe! At night, I just wash up and make sure to hydrate my face. I’ve been sleeping with a humidifier as well to keep moisture in the air.
How do you get yourself moving when you’re feeling unmotivated?
When I’m feeling unmotivated I think about all the people who can’t physically move their bodies either due to an injury or illness. It instantly resets my attitude to be incredibly grateful that I can stand on two feet, jump, skip and smile!
If you had 3 wishes what would they be?
Three wishes right now
1. The world would heal from the awful virus
2. My entire family lived in the same city so I could see them everyday
3. That I had a morning tv show that was fitness related so I could lead stay at home moms in free workouts everyday

My motto is “Make yourself as big as you can!
