Pilates & Jump Rope: Approved

Pilates & Jump Rope: Approved

Recently I've doing a 50 minute Pilates Reformer Class followed by a 5 minute Jump Rope session.

My body feels long & lean, my posture is so much better & I feel amazing. Pilates is definitely going to stay in my workout routine forever. It's hard enough where I'm sore after but easy enough that I don't dread doing it everyday.

Adding a jump rope session before or after really give me that spike in heart rate I was looking for without dreading it. I do 10 minutes total, 1 minute jump, 1 minute stretch.

Try to get an unlimited month of Pilates somewhere, it's well worth it. The reformer machine is also my favorite type, but if you don't have a studio near you, can't afford it or don't want to commit straight away, there are tons of Youtube Mat Pilates sessions you can try at home. It took me at least 10 classes to see the change!

This is my current workout routine mixed with 80% good eating & happiness. I feel the best I've ever felt.

This is what I imagine my dad looking like doing pilates:
