What started your fitness journey and how do you continue to stay motivated?


About 7 years ago I took my very first mat Pilates class at Broadway Dance Center in New York. I fell in love with Pilates and the instructor at the time. Eveytime in class She always explains why we doing this and what muscle you should feel when you are doing the moves. And I just got very into it so I trained with her for a couple months. After that I just fell in love with Pilates also into other exercises I just always feel so good after workout it makes me happy and I always like to workout in the morning it’s the best way to start your day.



Do you prefer at home workouts or taking a class?


I have to say I love both. It’s so different these two.
As a model we travel so much not every hotel has gym so I like to use small tools like resistance band/jumprope/gliding discs to do a home/hotel workouts. Or sometimes I don’t have enough time to drive somewhere to workout I’ll just do it at home.
For class is always fun you are with others achieving the same goal in the 45-50mins such a good energy and usually make me push myself even harder.


What do you consider to be a perfect day?


Wake up in the early morning, make a matcha latte, take a boxing class with friends catching up after class. Go home go and on an one hour meditation walk with my dogs. Make dinner eat with friends and my boyfriend.

If you can Instantly become an expert in something what would it be?


 Understand/speak all different languages. I’m from taiwan I moved to New York on 2010. It hard sometimes to speak/communicate with a language you didn’t grow up with. I see sometimes ppl are struggling trying to understand each other. I’d love to know more language and be able to help ppl.
