Toast To Avocado's

OH MY GOSH! Breakfast has never been easier. If you're lacking protein or need to get in some calories before a workout sesh, you can't go wrong with this easy and delicious avocado toast. Embarrassing as it is, I'm a total creature of habit and eat this at least three times a week. 

It's pretty simple, and if I can do it - then you absolutely can. 

 

What you'll need:

Two slices of whole grain toast

1 avocado

2 eggs

Crumbled prosciutto

Salt & Pepper

How to:

Fry the eggs - don't let the yolk get too hard!

Toast... the toast (duh)

Slice the avocado and smear on the toast (I use a fork to mash out the chunks)

Fry the prosciutto OR if you're fancy as hell bake in a 350 degree oven until crispy

Add some salt and pepper and eat!
