Call me crazy, but I honestly had no idea there were that many benefits to eating Cauliflower. After all, it's white? But after doing a little research I was pleasantly surprised with my findings.

Here are some benefits to eating those white veggies shaped like baby tree's:

Provides high levels of Vitamin C and K.
Improves digestion and detoxification.
Helps with weight loss.
Helps balance hormones.
