Workout #13 - Heavy Legs

Been training hard and consistently with Jasper Cayajon and he's been happy to share another one of his custom routines with you!  

 

 

LEGS + GLUTES

 

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

 

 

Weights

 

Resistance band

 

Kettlebell

 

Box

 

 

 

READY? LET'S START!

 

 

 

Warm up and glute activation with a mini band

 

 

 

CIRCUT 1:

 

4 ROUNDS

 

Barbell glute bridge: 15reps (95lb) 12reps (135lb) 10reps (135lb) 8reps (155lb) 

 

Squats with band do 10 pulses per squat x 10 

 

 

 

CIRCUT 2: 

 

4 ROUNDS

 

Kettlebell Deficit Sumo deadlift with no lockout: 12-15 reps 40-50lb

  

Lateral step ups with kick back: 12-15 with 20lb

 

 

 

CIRCUT 3: 

 

4 ROUNDS

  

Barbell lateral lunge: 8 reps 65lb

  

Lateral box jumps: 10 reps each side 

 

Jump squats: 15 reps
