Workout #16 Legs & Glutes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Kettlebell/  Dumbbell

Resistance band

Water

 

LET'S START

Dynamic Warm up / Glute Activation

Lateral walks w/ mini band x 15 steps each side x 3

Standing hip extensions w/ band x 15 each side x 3

Laying Glute bridges w/ band x 15 x 3

 

Workout x 3-4 rounds

Dumbbell Forward lunge x 12-15each leg

Jump squats w/ mini band x 15

KB/DB Deadlift x 15

 

Curtsy lunge x 15 each leg

DB/KB goblet squats w/ 2 sec pause at the bottom x 15

Laying Glute bridge w/ band x 20

 

HIIT finisher 2-3 rounds

Jumping alternating lunges x 20 total

Mountain climbers x 20 each side

Burpees x 10
