WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

 Resistance band

Kettlebell

Dumbbell

 

 

NOW LET'S GET THAT BOOTY!

 

Dynamic Warm up / Glute Activation

Lateral walks w/ mini band x 15 steps each side x 3

Standing hip extensions w/ band x 15 each side x 3

Laying Glute bridges w/ band x 15 x 3

 

Workout x 3-4 rounds

DB Lateral lunges x 15 each leg

DB/KB Deadlift x 15

DB Step ups x 15 each leg

 

Curtsy lunge with pulse x 15 each leg

Bench Hop-overs x 30 total

Jumping jack squats w/ mini band x 15 total

 

Modify weights as needed.
