Resistance band

Dumbbell's

 

 

READY TO START!?

Warm up / Glute Activation

Lateral walks w/ mini band x 15 steps each side x 3

Standing hip extensions w/ band x 15 each side x 3

Laying Glute bridges w/ band x 15 x 3

 

Workout 3-4rounds

Alternate Plank position to push up position back and forth for 1min

Plank w/ knee tucks to kick back x 20 each leg

 

DB Bent over rows x 15

DB Wide grip bent over rows x 15

DB Front raises x 15

 

Overhead triceps extensions x 15

Squat to curls x 15

DB lateral raises x 15
