WORKOUT #3 - ABS & CARDIO

 Abs/Cardio Routine

 

1. 4 mile run

2. 25 bosu ball crunches 4 sets

3. 25 half bicycles on bosu ball 4 sets

4. 25 medicine ball crunches (laying in a crunch position, legs in air, medicine ball in hands and reach to your toes)

5. 25 hanging leg raises with legs straight 4 sets

6. Bicycles (endurance-for as long as you can)

7. Plank (endurance-for as long as you can)

8. 1 mile run

 

REPEAT TWO TO THREE TIMES A WEEK FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS!
