Workout #5 - Legs

STRONG LEGS ARE SEXY!

 

What you'll need:

 

Resistance band

Ankle weights - Minimum 5 lbs each

Dummbell - Minimum 20 lbs

Kettlebell - Minimum 10lbs

 

Let's Start

 

1. Banded ice skaters – 20 reps each leg – 4 sets


2. 5 lateral walks - 10 jump squats – 20 steps each leg – 4 sets


3. Banded hip turnouts + banded squat + thigh raise – 10 reps – 4 sets


4. Banded frog thrusters – 30 reps – 4 sets


5. Walking dumbbell lunges – 10 each leg – 3 sets


6. Kettlebell banded sumo squats – 20 reps – 3 reps


7. Banded fire hydrant with kickback – 20 reps – 4 sets


8. Banded wall sit with weight – 45 seconds – 4 sets


9. Rainbow kicks with ankle weights – 25 each leg – 3 sets
