LET'S GET THAT CORE STRONG

Let's start! 

 

1. Roll ups - 60 seconds

2. Bird dogs - 60 seconds

3. Pulse ups - 60 seconds

4. Windshield wipers - 60 seconds

5. Basic crunches - 60 seconds

6. Alternating superman - 60 seconds

7. Straight leg raise - 60 seconds

8. Cross straight leg crunches - 60 seconds

 

Repeat set x3

 

For optimal results revisit this exercise 2 - 3 times per week!
